This furnace has experienced exceptional heating efficiency up to 96.5% AFUE. It’s a great choice for improving cooling efficiency, or SEER, and summertime humidity control.
Farther technicians installed new evaporator coils according to the building standards – ADP C48A175L Up/Down Coils Puron Refrigerant (186). Also our specialists installed a new outdoor condensing unit and new refrigerant line set. They installed Bryant 105ANA048000 A/C CONDENSERS (LEGACY Up to 16 SEER PURON A/C ) 4 TON. This A/C Condenser has up to 16 SEER & 12.2 EER efficiency and DuraGuard protection system. Moreover they installed Nest Thermostat that helps control home from the phone.
