HVAC Technician (HVAC Installation Technician), San Jose, California:
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and refrigeration equipment (testing during an interview);
- Strong construction skills, knowledge of electricians \ electrical engineering (testing during an interview);
- Knowledge of CMC 2019, CEC 2019, CPC 2019.
- Higher education (preferably technical)
- Additional HVAC education and related areas is desirable;
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their internal functioning;
- Knowledge and ability to use tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance;
- 2+ years’ experience in HVAC installation;
- Good level of physical fitness;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Good communication skills;
- Personal vehicle or van rented from the company;
- Personal tool kit for HVAC installation;
- Knowledge of English
- EPA Universal;
- NATE recommended;
- The salary by premium.
HVAC Helper (HVAC Installation Assistant), San Jose, California:
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably technical)

Mechanical Engineer, San Jose, California:
Job Description:
- Perform initial and ongoing mechanical and electrical design reviews;
- Discussing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers;
- Assessing project requirements;
- Measuring the performance of mechanical/electrical components, devices and motors;
- Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
- Using computer-aided design/modelling software (Autocad, Sketchup, Microsoft Visio);
- Liaising with suppliers
- Undertaking relevant research
- Producing and implementing designs and test procedures
- Presenting designs to managers and clients
- Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products
