Fryer Royal RFT-50 – not heating – repair in San Jose, California

The client had the following issue: the fryer in the restaurant stopped working. It turned out that the thermostat stopped to measure the temperature and the fryer was turned off by safety thermostat, turning off pilot. The replacement of the thermostat solved the problem.
