Firstly Fuse dismounted, hauled away and recycled old HVAC system and then installed new one with Bryant 926TB36040V17. Secondly, they made ductworks adjustment, Vents and Duct boots sealing, installed air volume dampers. Either technicians installed a new furnace – Bryant 926TB36040V17 Preferred 96 Two Stage Gas Furnace. This furnace has exceptional heating efficiency up to 96.5% AFUE and two-stage operation. Farther technicians installed new evaporator coils according to the building standards – Bryant CNPHP2417ALA COILS (EVAP COIL R410A HORIZ ALL ALUMINUM).
Besides they installed A/C Condenser – Bryant 126CNA024000 A/C CONDENSERS 2 TON. This A/C Condenser has efficiency up to 17 SEER and up to 13 EER. Besides it sounds low as 68 dB. Moreover they installed Nest Thermostat that helps control home from the phone.
Qualified EPA certified specialists made this installation.
