Firstly, our technicians dismounted, hauled away and recycled old insulation in the attic. Either technicians installed new HVAC system with a new furnace – Bryant 821TA48070V17 Preferred 80 Series Variable-Speed Gas Furnace 2 STAGE. This furnace has quiet performance and even-temperature comfort from variable-speed air delivery with two-stage operation.
Besides during this project we installed:
- A/C CONDENSERS – Bryant 127ANA036000 A/C CONDENSERS (PREFERRED,17 SEER,PURON 2 STG ) 3 TON;
- COILS – Bryant CNPVP3617ALA COILS (EVAP COIL R-410A W/TXV UP “N” ALL ALUMINUM);
- Nest Thermostat.
